I see Faithful, Landscape, Neutral, Portrait, and Monochrome. Shouldn't "standard" be in there as well? More than this, the noise reduction actually impacts the colour of the shot too! For best results, definitely apply sharpening and noise reduction in Canon DPP or alternatively use one of the AI enabled engines available from Topaz or DXO.
