It should be as building regs say the lowest temp has to be 55C and you will still have to add cold water to that to shower. I have to as that is the setting that I have my water at. At 3 cph, then 5 minutes would supply heat. 5 min X 3 cph = 15 min of heating / hour. At 2 cph, then 10 minutes would supply heat. 10 min x 2 cph = 20 min of heating / hour.
