Try restarting your tracker by doing the following: Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port. WebSupport also gave me 35% off not including the charge 5, but this is the second fitbit that basically broke down afteter being used for a year and a half, so at this point I'm waiting to save up a bit of money and going with a Garmin.
