The tach output from the 6AL is what I am using to feed the tach signal to the Fitech. These are the things I've done to try to resolve the problem: -Routed tach wire (replaced it with double-shielded coax) away from ignition wires and ... WebAug 20, 2024 · Fitech now says only way to fix is buy a new unit. They offered to to allow the shop to send all units to them, analyze and send back, but no replacement. This can’t be true. So their shelf life is 2 years? Anyone have insight? I would love to not have wasted so much money on the unit to have to replace with a carburetor again.
