At the J, you'll have access to a variety of exercise classes, fitness equipment and social activities. And, you can become a member at no additional cost to you. WebOur 45-minute class is appropriate for those new to resistance training who need form correction. In a small class setting of 4-10 people, exercises can be modified based on the clients needs and workout intensity is adaptable. Classes are offered Monday – Friday at 5am, 6am, 9am, 5:15pm, 6:15pm, and 7:15pm as well as Saturday at 7am.
